[Editor's note: I *tried* to get the tabs to line up...]

When u have set ur crew setting to those stats u can start building
ur city
Start with building a school (b+o) and 15 farms (b+f)
To get best resource result build 15 buildings of quarry (b+q),
furnance(b+n) and lumbermills(b+l)
Dont forget to leave space to build the walls u need around ur TH
Additional u can build a market(b+m) a barrack(b+k) and a hospital
(b+h)
Than let ur city grow, as soon as u have 100k bricks u can improve
ur school and the walls, dont forget to readjust the workers in
school (20% of total pop till u reach 100% train, later only 10% of
total pop)
Before u make troops or take settler out, pls remember to readjust
workcrews.
U can will need to make other settings as ur city grows.when u do
that, remember: market, school, hospital, theater, church should
never run over 10 hrs
Farms and Lumbermills can only have 2500 /250 worker at 24hr
settings, even when u improve the buildings to 114%
U should have all buildings improved when u reach 30k pop.

For higher pop (50k and above) use following setting
Build Crew Working Crew Max Prod Crew Build to %
Workhours
Barracks 500 0 65000 114 10
Church 500 500 65000 114 10

CLAN PROFILE

THE NEW ERA
Clan Created Thursday, January 22, 2004
http://dreamwarriors.homestead.com/dw.html
28 Members

The New Era (TNE)

The clan was started on 22nd Jan 2004, by four close friends which
some of us have been arch-rivals for a number of years, unable to
ally each other in some situations due to the rivalry. Things slowed
down due to Christmas break of 2003/04, and we jokingly passed ideas
between each other. Flaubert(AoW) and minerva(Vendetta/TLoD) shared
the ideas with Sniper Gunff(GR) and myself (crz(Vendetta/TLoD)) and
within 24 hours The New Era had taken its' first steps.

With the goal of being able to do what matters and be able to play
our style/game with trusted allies and fun. Trust and Fun is the
biggest part of any successful team. and is the most important.

Our strong points i would say is the commitment and reliability each
of us possess with a vast knowledge to share and strengthen each
others individual weaknesses. To become a new member of The New Era,
consistent honestly, reliability and the will and keenness to learn
is essential (btw Reliability isn't playing 24/7, its about being
there when you say you'll be there....)
